How do I cancel and can I reschedule?

Can I still be charged?

 

Only if you cancel on the day of your pre booked visit. You will be charged the deposit amount.

 

What If I arrive late?

 

If the you arrive late, the booking time slot cannot be extended.

What happens if I make an advance booking?

If you pay in advance for a block number of sessions we do not issue refunds if you decide you no longer wish to attend.
